Promotional Guidelines

no1partnerboost Marketing Protocol for Global Territories

When participating in our Partner Program, representing the Company and endorsing the no1partnerboost Platform, Affiliates are required to reflect the Company’s ethics and ensure all promotional activities are aligned with regulatory standards and official directives.

To eliminate uncertainty, Affiliates must personally confirm adherence to all promotional laws and advertising standards concerning online betting in their operational region. This manual applies to all ad formats including (but not restricted to) banners, email marketing, reviews, native promotions and text campaigns. Absolute compliance is mandatory. Violations may lead to account termination and potential forfeiture of due commissions. Regulatory penalties caused by affiliate misconduct may be transferred partly or wholly to the Affiliate.

This manual ("Promotional Guidelines") serves as a supplement to the Company's Partner Terms and Conditions ("Contract"), which can be accessed via legal and provides instructions for lawful and effective marketing of the no1partnerboost Platform by our Affiliates.

If there's any ambiguity regarding your duties within the scope of this Contract and/or Guidelines or under local legal and/or regulatory frameworks, feel free to connect with your Partner Manager or email: [email protected] [email protected].
